 The Laboratory for Artificial Intelligence at Stanford University organized The world's first eSports tournament, "the Intergalactic Spacewar Olympics" which was held on October 19, 1972. After that time the craziness about eSports growing rapidly. There are many tournaments globally arranged in between 1972 to 2019 which has Million dollars of prize money. Just not for the prize money, there are many players who just passionate about gaming. We all love to play games. If developers launched a very good game how can someone stop themselves to play that game? Also, if the game developer company makes billions of money from the game then, why wouldn't they arrange a eSport tournament? After all, from that tournaments they can engage more players to join and play that game. So, in this article we will discuss about why Mobile gaming will be the future of eSports.


First of all, not all can arrange a good pc with standard specifications to play games. Now almost everyone has a decent smartphone and stable internet connection. They can easily download games and play. So, it's the reason why there are more players like to play Mobile games rather than computer games. They are getting almost same fun to play Mobile games. There are now 2.2 billion mobile gaming players worldwide. From that huge amount of traffic 203 million are in the US. Where, 56% of them play more than 10+ times a week. The timeline presents the number of active PC gamers worldwide which is almost  1.22 billion. Now, you can see how many players are joining in mobile gaming. It is a rapidly growing industry.


Second reason is, the sponsors. Now a days, sponsors are interested to invest their money in mobile games. They invest their money in Mobile gaming tournaments. Which is a very good news for all Mobile gamers. Also, by sponsorship anyone can earn anywhere from one cent to $1 per viewer per hour from live streaming — so, someone who has averages 10,000 viewers at their live stream, can earn between $1,000 and $10,000 per hour. As an example Mortal, who is a popular Pubgm players recently he posted on Instagram with the caption, they were really proud to announce their partnership with the smartphone brand OnePlus. This is the way how popular eSports players earns money from sponsorship. The sponsors help eSports players to to join and play in any tournament and also they help to manage the relationship between the team and brand.


Now, Pubg mobile makes almost, 125 million dollars per month. Also, Tencent earns billions of money from a tournament of Pubgm. From the events and from the audience who attend to see the live performance of their favourite players Tencent makes huge amount of money. Also, It is a most downloaded game and most popular game on playstore. So, the company Tencent are now planning for more tournaments to engage their players with this game.


The prize money is also very attractive. Recently in Global final of Pubgm tournament, The Global Final Champion team will receive $200,000, with the Runner-Up getting $100,000, and third place winning amount was $50,000. The Regional Final Champion, Regional Runner-up, and third place winners will receive $20,000, $15,000, and $10,000 respectively. Also, the all 16 teams who have played the final championship they get $2,000.
So, now anyone can build their career in mobile gaming industry. It is the another reason why more players are joining with the Mobile games like Pubgm and all other games. Also, just not pubgm there are many Mobile games are played in eSports tournaments. But, Pubgm seriously make a noise in Mobile gaming industry. So, these are some reasons why Mobile gaming will be future of eSports.
